Main Functions of Paper Bag Making Machine

1. The automatic paper bag machine is used for primary color paper or printed roll paper to complete the production of square bottom paper bags at one time.

2. The automatic paper bag machine can produce paper bags of various specifications, with fast speed and high production efficiency, and is an ideal equipment for paper bag production.

3. Reel unwinding (hydraulic feeding, automatic deviation correction, constant tension), side gluing, printing paper electric eye tracking, base paper forming, fixed-length traction and cutting, bag bottom indentation and bottom opening, bag bottom glued bottom forming, out of the bag finishing and other components.
The whole of paper bag making machine is centrally controlled by the PLC touch screen, and the length of the paper bag is controlled by the servo motor.

4. According to customer needs, 2-color or 4-color printing machine, bag surface window filming device and handle hole device can be installed.

5. It can be equipped with round rope, flat rope handle machine, round rope rewinding machine, etc., to make the products more competitive and diversified.
