This Machine is suitable for producing different sizes of paper straws, such as 4.5mm,5mm; 6mm; 8mm; 10mm 12mm etc.
1. Adopted with PLC controller; main motor is equipped with variable frequency speed regulation; Control from touch screen, easy for parameters setting & operating.
2. Cutting section adopted with numerical multi-blades cutting system. Servo synchronous tracking cutting system makes it higher precision and multi-blades cutting makes it higher efficiency.
3.Multi-knives system on -line cutting unit controlled encoder, cutting final paper straw directly.
4.Spiral winding part, hanging-type operation panel, specialized operation system, belt tension device (hand-wheel driven);
